Desert Boxes is created by three siblings from Sydney who get very excited about receiving presents. It was born as a result of frustration caused by sending and receiving boring gifts. Gifts that are never used and are died after some time. They created bouquets of doughnuts and desert boxes as presents as a way to innovate gift idea. If you want to send a gift to your loved one you can arrange a desert box with small treats written words for e.g 'Sorry for f*&cking up', 'Congrats on the Divorce!', ‘Enjoy the D ’ or 'F*$k the diet, I prefer your curves!' a Dessert Box is the way to go.
They have dessert boxes for all your occasions. You can arrange desert boxes according to your special occasion. Customized boxes are made according to a particular occasion. You can even arrange gluten-free items in customized boxes too. Special birthday boxes are also available.
Dessert Boxes:
All the dessert boxes are created as a perfect match with a combination of different forms of desserts. All the desserts are baked daily hence in order to get the best taste and quality you will have to eat them on the day they arrive. Packaged items can be stored at room temperature while backed items like brownies can be stored in a refrigerator if they have to be consumed at a later date. All their products are created with traces of nuts. In case of allergies, you have to contact them before placing an order.
Delivery Timings:
All orders are delivered before 5 pm on a selected date. During holiday time you will face a slight difference in delivery timings due to the large volume of orders received. During valentine or Christmas, you will face a slight delay in delivery timings. Workplaces will receive deliveries before 5 pm and residential addresses will receive deliveries before 6 pm.
Order cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled 48 hrs prior to the scheduled delivery date. Orders that are prepared, already despatched, or in transit are not cancelled. The money will be refunded less $ 50 administrative value. Cancellation notice must be placed by email to hello@dessertboxes.com.au.
