Shipment and delivery:
Milanoo has three types of shipping options such as Expedited, Standard, and Super Saver Shipping. Supersaver shipping will save you a lot of money but it takes time to deliver the product. The expedited shipping method is costly but it will save you a lot more time. However, some countries do not allow Expedited or Super Saving method so you have to check the rules before order placement. The shipping method can be changed before shipment is placed in case you have selected the wrong method for your country.
Refund and Return:
In case you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you can ask for a refund or exchange. You can ask for a refund within 40 days of receipt of the product. Return address will be provided by the Milanoo customer support team. Products that are custom-made, disposable, swimsuits, close-fitting lingerie, underwear, clearance items, and pet supply cannot be returned or refunded. The product must be returned unused and in its original packing. Login to your account and go to the return and exchange page. Select the item that you want to exchange. Submit after confirmation.
Gift Card option:
The gift card can be purchased the same way as you purchase any other item. These are the virtual cards that mean you will get a voucher that is equivalent to the price of the gift card you have purchased. You can share the code of the card with your loved ones as a present. Method of using a gift card as same as using a coupon. Enter gift card code during the order process. Gift cards will not deduct shipment and insurance costs.
