Shipping and delivery:
For all Australian orders, you will not be charged for standard shipping. Due to a large volume of orders, the item will be dispatched within 48 hrs. of order placement. You will receive tracking information by email once your order is confirmed. You have to ensure that the delivery address you have provided is correct. You must be available at the destination place at the time of order delivery. In the case of your absence or incorrect address, the order will not be redirected.
Return policy:
At sass & bide the designers work very hard to design each and every piece so that you love it. In case you do not like the product, you can return it back for a refund or exchange. The return option is not available for sale items but you can exchange them for another piece of the same amount. All the items that you wish to return must be in their original condition and not damaged.
